Guardian is our dental insurance provider. With your Guardian Choice plan, you can select either a Network Access Plan (NAP) or a Value Plan. Both plans cover in-network and out-of-network services and use the DentalGuard Preferred network.

Premium rates are the same for both plans. The Value Plan offers members who choose to see a Guardian participating dentist the most savings and out-of-network benefits are limited to the PPO fee schedule.

Just like with our dental plan, Guardian is our vision plan insurance provider. Guardian uses the VSP Choice network, which has the largest network of vision care providers in the US. This gives you and your family members the flexibility to choose virtually any provider that you wish to use.
